As a Licensed Mental Health Professional (Louisiana), Certified Substance Abuse Professional (Georgia), and a recognized Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor, I bring over ten years of experience in nurturing mental health and guiding recovery from addiction.
My academic journey, crowned with a master’s degree in counseling, has been just one part of my story. I’m a loving wife and mother at home, balancing life with the joyful chaos of being a dog mom. My downtime is filled with the pages of a good novel, family laughter, and the occasional dive into the fascinating world of true crime. These slices of life keep me connected and grounded, reminding me we all have unique stories to tell.
My passion extends beyond therapy and coaching. I am dedicated to dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction, particularly in communities of color. I believe in the strength and resilience of every individual and commit myself to be an understanding, supportive partner in your journey.
